Boasting one of the largest showrooms in South Wales, Enterprise2000 is an independent outlet specialising in kitchens, appliances and most recently, fitted bedrooms. With the company having gone from strength to strength over the last few years, we recently met up with their on-hand Kitchen Designer, Emma Reed to find out more.
Established over 20 years ago, Enterprise2000 was bought out by the current three partners who have been running the business for 14 years; they were the ones who saw an opportunity to invest in a fitted kitchen department to run alongside the kitchen appliance side of the business.
Although discussing business, when talking to Emma, you can feel her passion for what she does and why she does it. The mantra on which they run the company is quality at affordable prices to give people the kitchen of their dreams, and this goal is almost palpable in everything that we talked about.

Not only are they local and have been with us for years, but they also attend regular training with suppliers so they know everything about the appliances and they keep up with current trends.

Emma prides herself on her customer care, stating that they offer above and beyond service from the initial conversation right up to after sales care. In fact, she said that customers always comment on how easy it is to work with Enterprise and how much they love that they can order appliances at home online and have it turn up when expected without being damaged or faulty.

With one of the largest showrooms in South Wales, it’s hard to imagine that Emma was teaching herself kitchen design just eight years ago. It’s true, however, and with her partners, she has since built the business into the success it is today where the majority of her work comes from referrals. Enterprise 2000: The Bedrooms
Emma was incredibly proud and excited about Enterprise’s recent launch of newly fitted bedroom displays in their showroom; customers can now see the modern Symphony Urbano Range in all its glory alongside the elegant and stunning Laura Ashley Collection. As you can imagine, the news of the new Laura Ashley bedroom ranges are spreading and they are already extremely popular just a few months into their launch. Obviously, this excitement is due to the exceptional products themselves, but it may also be due to the massive social media giveaway where someone won a dressing table worth up to £1,500!
Again, Enterprise works alongside other well-esteemed local companies such as The Rocking Chair that supply the beds for the displays and designer Elizabeth Styles for the fabrics. Emma prides herself on this, stating that “we love working with other independent retailers to offer the whole package to suit our clients’ needs and requirements.”
From our discussion with Emma, we could see that Enterprise2000 is much more than a local company that offers high-quality kitchens, appliances and Cranbrook Platinum bedrooms at great prices. Made up of a dedicated team of experts, Enterprise aims to work with their clients on their design journey from dream to reality, helping them to make the right decisions for them.
Meeting Emma herself and talking about her exceptional customer service and intimate partnerships with other local companies, it is no surprise at all that she won Business Woman of the Year recently for growth expansion. We couldn’t think of someone who deserves it more and it is a testament to her incredible work ethic.
